I have a lot of different responses to that question…
I would say that meditation is living your life as if it really matters.
and that means you gotta be here for it
with awareness
and a certain degree of kindness
towards one’s self.
and an understanding of
the deep connected-ness
of all life
and all being.
The first foundation
of mindfulness
is the body
so that’s
a wonderful
place to start.
