The shit that I’m in and the pain, them voices louder ‘an Manhattan come chatt’n

If you are supporting a person who is hearing voices or otherwise sensing things you don’t.

The question is not “are they real”

– because that is futile,  and such a waste of energy.
Regardless of what you conclude they are still living with it, and still struggling.

The better question is …

What is the pain?
What is the pain that they are holding within ?
What is the pain that they are fighting alone?

And what is that pain saying about their experience of their life?
