The continued existence of Inuit peoples demonstrates their resilience – not only in the environment in which they call home but also, like many other Indigenous peoples of the world,  in face of the many hundreds of years of history of those seeking to impose the “benefits” of Western / European civilization upon their way of life.
We have to trust the people who have been the guardians of this earth”
