This program offers you an opportunity to begin to
- take more control of your life
- learn how you can use WRAP®to help you focus on wellness and to manage the ups and downs of living
- make sense of your own experiences and how they affect your health
- figure out what works for you, and do more of it; and what doesn’t work for you – and do less of that
Learning to focus on wellness can leave you with energy enough to live with the voices and maybe even give you confidence to one day learn more about them and begin working with them.
You may even learn how the voices you hear can help you stay well.
This is a unique opportunity to experience WRAP® in a small group of people who also hear voices too – including the facilitator.
This program will combine a hearing voices group with a WRAP program. Conversations will not be limited to voices – the point is to help you move towards learning to live in wellness and to a place where you can live more easily with whatever you experience.
