You got me, Kevin. Either you are burned at the stake, like Joan of Arc, perhaps, (if this is acceptable to the ‘religious’) deemed the means of revelation of God’s word, or you are incarcerated, either within the jail or asylum. Politically, I want to get ‘beyond’ left, right, and center. I merely want to express, myself, as accurately as I can, in conveying, if this is possible without interpretation (Nietzsche) – facts. I guess philosophy is still my primary motivator. Politics, according, to Aristotle, simply meant the relationships between individuals, and had nothing to do with ‘economics’, etc. etc. See you Monday. !! 🙂

Kevin. I found this video very interesting, as I identified it sociologically with the movement that Justin Beiber has been identified with, as well as what my recent reading of a left wing analysis and criticism of what has resulted from economic policies in the States. However, I do not have the energy, not do I feel I could be of particular personal help in ‘solving this problem’, so I merely feel I have done my best, to be acquainted with the ‘fact’ that this ‘phenomena’ does exist. Apart from that, too much involvement, I would question as to whether such is compatible with my quest for better ‘mental health’.
Thank you, however, for posting the lyrics, (glad they were available) as per a previous difficulty I expressed in this regard. I do like to develop my awareness with regard to my specific purpose with respect to any endeavor I have, a reason why I questioned the example I gave in a previous meeting, of relating voices, to external events, either as a source, not consciously understood, or even within a confusion of the inner and outer observations of any particular person. As far as ‘hearing voices’ then, is concerned, it might be interesting to speculate, whether this aspect of what is often called mental illness, could be a benefit, ‘revealing’ that someone with this awareness, is possibly or merely more self-conscious of one’s ‘inner workings’ . Just a thought. Please ignore if not relevant. Not sure what I want to do with respect to mental health issues, as I really ‘do believe’ that I am ‘simply’ not in need (my observations) of ‘therapy’ from external sources etc. at this time. So just wondering how and what to do to make the most constructive use of my time. Hope to attend your session on Monday, but I’m not sure that that’s the direction I wish to follow. But just in case: here’s the link to the against Stigma organization I have told you about. axetogrindwithstigma.eventbrite.com or Google Partners for Mental Health.
Well, for now, I’m back to politics! or if possible my writing. All the best.

Hi Loreen
ay I see it, Hearing Voices is not an illness.its a gift.
As a movement we’re not much to do with mental illness but rather an emancipatory human rights movement.
all most of us want is to be left alone to live our lives, our way.
In the end its about difference, diversity or whatever you call it.
how bout them politics, eh?
