redemption song – Bob Marley

I love this song. my voices love this song – especially the lines on the buttons here.

Listening to it is one of the most reliable ways I can use to ground myself no matter where I am at.

And it’s almost so good a song that pretty much whoever does it, I can listen at least once [sorry Bono – your version really is too much for me] This morning I discovered a version by Johnny Cash and Joe Strummer.

Here’s two versions that work well for me, that I find most healing:  the first a stripped down version by Bob Marley hinself, the second is by his son Ziggy together on stage with Lauryn Hill and which gives me an eargasm* everytime I hear it.

enjoy…
