Just because a voice says tells me something -do I have to believe?
That voice may well have something worth listening to – but it’s not everything know or can know – and like many humans may not be quite the expert it proports to be.

This is how I can say the voices I hear are my voices -I hear them: I own the experience. I choose how I respond.
