INFORMED CONSENT

Join us on October 6th for the third session of our LIVING YOUR RIGHTS series.
This month’s topic is What is informed consent?  The session takes place at the Branson site of North York General Hospital, 555 Finch Avenue West, in the auditorium, basement level from 2 pm – 3:30 pm.   All are welcome.

Living Your Rights is a FREE monthly education series to introduce & inform those involved in the mental health system about their rights, gain a clear understanding of the core principles of mental health law & allied legislation, learn strategies for handling mental health law issues and network  with leaders in the field & peers who share your challenges.  Living  Your Rights is a collaborative project of the Central LHIN Consumer/Survivor Network and the Psychiatric Patient Advocate Office.

This is an interactive session so join us for an informative, stimulating and engaging conversation.
